Belma is fully committed to ensuring that its products are of a consistently high quality. In practical terms, this involves management of food risk using the HACCP system defined by the Codex Alimentarius.
BELMA is also the only cannery in Morocco to have reduced its minimum histamine level to 30 ppm for raw materials and 50 ppm in finished products.
